Dr. Aurelio Roca

Dr. Aurelio Roca has been an Arlington resident since his family emigrated to this area from Cuba in the 1960’s. He is a graduate of D.J.O’Connell High School, Catholic University and Georgetown School of Dentistry. He has been in private practice in Arlington since 1979.

Dr. Roca is a member of the American Dental Association., The Academy of General Dentistry and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. His community outreach includes volunteer work in the dental clinic of The Spanish Catholic Center where he was involved in the early years when the clinic was started. Currently he participates with the DDS program (Donated Dental Services) which is a state wide program serving the indigent.

When not in the office Dr. Roca enjoys outdoor activities, including horseback riding, hiking, and is an avid tennis and table tennis player.

Dr. Adam Roca

A Virginia native and the oldest of three siblings, Dr. Roca grew up in the Alexandria area. After graduating from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Dr. Roca attended the University of Maryland Dental School where he received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. The University of Maryland Dental School is accredited as the oldest dental school in the world and a leader in advanced technology and innovative procedures. The time and tried methods taught at the University along with cutting-edge technology blended to create a unique dental experience which Dr. Roca provides to his patients.

Prior to joining Roca-Dental, Dr. Roca completed hundreds of hours of courses in postgraduate dentistry. He is dedicated to the newest advancements in cosmetic dentistry and keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures. He continues to advance his knowledge by participating in numerous seminars and coursework. In addition to keeping current in his field, Dr. Roca is a member of the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Roca is committed to serving his community. Each month he donates his time to the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic and the Mission of Mercy project. Both organizations provide free dental care to both low income families and children who otherwise would not receive dental care. Additionally, Dr. Roca participates in a dental school program that brings dentistry to children in rural areas of Virginia. He feels strongly about giving back to the community through pro bono work and ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to be seen by a dentist.

When Dr. Roca is not practicing his passion of dentistry, he spends his time with his lovely wife, daughter, and their Jack Russell. He is an avid sailor, enjoys cooking, and loves all sports.
